BUSINESS ETHICS PRINCIPLES
Abdi İbrahim Code of Ethics, the core of our signature values and principles, reflects our commitment and dedication to the core tenets of business and ethics within the context of our corporate responsibilities towards all stakeholders.
We continue on our journey of “healing”, which began in 1912, fully aware that human health is our primary responsibility. Guided by this understanding, we believe in the importance of doing our job with great care, attention and integrity, and always maintaining the highest standards accordingly. Because we believe that, as a company, the way we achieve success is as important as the accomplishment itself.
With this belief, we have recorded our code of ethics, which have always served as an essential guide for us, in order to carry our stakeholders’ trust in and respect for us into the future. We then announced our code of ethics to our employees on December 30, 2015, and to external stakeholders on February 10, 2016. We consider one of our most critical responsibilities is commitment to these guidelines across all the work processes. The Ethics Board established within our company is set to assist our stakeholders with respect to all future content.
We attach great importance to working with the principles of ethics and transparency in all our business processes. We produce and deliver all of our products with the highest technology and in line with all quality and safety conditions required by all legal regulations, particularly international standards and intellectual rights. We consider product safety one of our indispensable principles. In this scope, our company’s pharmacovigilance system and cGMP-approved production facilities audited by national and international health authorities and companies have successfully underwent all audits carried out in 2019-2020.
